Instructions: Read the passage, which is a conversation between two people, and answer the following questions.

Lion: Hey Leo, did you see Sasha, the new lioness in our pride? She’s pretty cool! Leo: Yeah, she’s amazing! She chased after a zebra yesterday, and she almost caught it. Lion: I saw that! She’s fast. I think she’ll be a great hunter for us. Leo: Definitely. But do you think the other lions will accept her? Lion: I hope so. She seems friendly. Let’s keep an eye on how they get along. Leo: Good idea. We need everyone to work together to keep our pride strong. Lion: Speaking of which, have you noticed how well she plays with the cubs? They adore her. Leo: That’s true. It’s nice to see her bonding with them. Lion: Let’s hope she continues to impress. We could use more hunters like her. |
